Introduction:

Generally, this cooperation is consist a training package where students from Public Training Institute throughout Malaysia who are trained and competence at least in SKM Level 2 in Gas And Arc Welding field will be absorbed to MMHE's company after 1 month intensive training in ILP Mersing that converge to MMHE requirements and further through one Welding Qualification Test in MMHE's training centre. After passed this Welding Qualification Test that was evaluated through both method “Visual Inspection" and also “Radiographic Testing X-ray", then they will absorbed directly as welder in companies subcontractor sheltered under MMHE.

Those students join this programme would be trained to weld Mild Steel Plate 25mm width used SMAW's process (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) in 3G's position (Welding in Vertical Position) and 4G (Welding in Overhead Position).

Facilities :

During 1 month Intensive training at ILP Mersing, students will be provided with hostel facilities and meal.

During in MMHE, all students will be given RM300 allowance  a month, accommodation and transport for their first month.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications at least in Level 2 SKM, where in this level, students are considered competence to weld in 3G and 4G position.

Certifications:

Students which follow this programme will be certified with "Qualified Welder in 3G / 4G" certification by JTM, Petronas and MMHE.

Career Prospect :

Students who passed in this programme will be absorbed as welder in Shipping and Gas field's leader's company.
