INTRODUCTION


Industrial Training Institute (ILP) which was established under the Manpower Department seeks to provide formal technical training to employees of the industrial sector and school leavers to enable them to gain expertise in certain areas. Consistent with this, the Industrial Training Institute (ILP) Mersing offer Refrigeration & Air as well as five other courses. This workshop was completed in December 2004 with the conveniences of modern technology and equipment and current. This workshop can accommodate 600 students at all times. In addition, this workshop also conduct courses part-time modular form and Customized to meet the needs of the industry.


OBJECTIVE

  • To produce skilled workers to meet the energy needs of the country's industrial sector. 
  • Increasing employee skill industry towards national development. 
  • Facilitate school leavers obtain jobs with industrial skills Given that systematic.

Develop ILP Mersing as a prestigious center for human resource development towards Vision 2020.

Making ILP Mersing an institution of excellence, glory and distinction and is able to produce skilled manpower for the country.


CLIENT CHARTER

We are entrusted to provide skilled manpower and trained instructors, prepare and publish information on the labor market and provide employment services and career guidance. Therefore: 

  • We pledge to provide skills training programs appropriate to the needs of national development and current technology and produce trainees who are competent, prudent and high quality training through a systematic and effective.  
  • We pledge to advertise information on training opportunities conducted by our training institutions to the public. All trainees recruitment process will be completed within two months from the date of ads closed. 
    We pledge to provide advisory and consultancy training to industries small and medium enterprises.
  • We promise to issue information and publication of a comprehensive labor market and quality. Labor market report will be published regularly on schedule. 
  • We promise all Manpower Department will provide the State as a center of attention resources, labor market, training and employment. 
  • We pledge to provide information on employment opportunities to job seekers on the day they register. 
  • We promise to help employers find workers in local affairs. 
  • We promise to process and issue decisions on all complete application for license private employment agency within two months from the date the application is received.                      

In implementing the responsibilities entrusted to the Department of Manpower, excellence and service that is holding high prudent.
