Introduction
Telecommunications is one of the six courses offered in the ILP Mersing. Telecommunications workshop under the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology. Telecommunications workshop offers full-time programs at the certificate with the facilities, equipment and technology of modern and current. This workshop can accommodate 60 students at any one time.

Telecommunications workshop offers skills courses covering theory and practical training such as: -- - Preparation and observation to the work site

- Self-involvement in managing a project

Period Courses
Telecommunications workshop offers full time courses for 15 months, including On-Job Training (OJT) for Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 2 and Level 3. - 6 months to SKM Level 2
- 6 months to SKM Level 3
- 3 months for On-Job Training
Admission Requirements
Applicants who are interested in these Telecommunications courses must be at least passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Malaysian Certificate of Vocational Education (SPMV)
Certification
Telecommunications skills training workshops implemented according to the National Occupational Skill Standard (NOSS) or National Skills Standards.
Students who will be awarded the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) issued by the National Vocational Training Council (NVTC) and the Industrial Technician Certificate issued by the Manpower Department (JTM).
Career Prospects The career prospects for graduates of this course students may hold office as Assistant Installation Technician Network Operations and Customer Relations Installation Technician Network Operations Customer Relations.
